Every story is shaped by its beginning
At LAB 7:10, we give writers, filmmakers, designers, photographers and other artists the time, space, structure, and mentorship to develop early ideas into stronger projects through residencies, workshops, and guided development programs.
Space for discovery

Insights
We focus on taking ideas from their earliest form and growing them into meaningful, fully realized projects, expanding scale, depth, and impact without losing their original intent. We believe the most important work happens before things become fixed: in the moments of uncertainty, testing, and discovery. This is where we invest our attention.
Our role is to guide ideas through that transformation shaping them carefully, strengthening their foundations, and allowing them to grow into works that can stand on their own, both creatively and structurally.

Workshops
Set in calm, natural environments beyond the city, these workshops create space to slow down and focus, time to think, make, and tell stories across different art forms. Supported by close mentorship and a shared creative space, the work grows through exchange and attention. Beyond the setting, the most lasting value is the network that forms: enduring artistic connections that continue long after the workshop ends.
On Hand Workshops
Working sessions built around practice. Ideas are developed through making, experimenting, and direct exchange in a shared space, with time to test, adjust, and rethink work as it evolves. The emphasis is on process rather than outcomes, allowing participants to stay close to the material, learn from one another, and push ideas forward through focused, hands-on work.

Why 7:10
7:10 is the moment just before the day fully begins.
Not night anymore, not yet morning. The most important moment of the day is not noon or night,
but the brief passage between darkness and light. A threshold. It is the time when ideas are still fragile, honest, and unshaped.
When the world is quiet enough to hear something new. Lab 7:10 lives in that in-between state where true beauty remains untouched
and new discoveries are still possible.
